Brazilian Football Confederation confirmed Neymar's replacement as Real Madrid's 18-year-old forward Endrick, marking his return to the national team.
Goalkeeper Ederson and defender Danilo were also ruled out due to injuries, with Lucas Perri and Alex Sandro named as their replacements.
Brazil, currently fifth in the CONMEBOL standings, will host Colombia on March 21 and travel to Buenos Aires to face leader Argentina on March 25.
