Neymar was substituted in during the 77th minute of Al-Hilal's 5-4 victory against Al-Ain FC.
The 32-year-old had been sidelined due to a cruciate ligament and meniscus tear sustained in October 2023.
His injury occurred during a World Cup qualifying match for Brazil against Uruguay.
Following the injury, Neymar missed the South American Championship, where Brazil exited in the quarterfinals.
Prior to his injury, Neymar had transferred from Paris Saint-Germain to Al-Hilal for approximately 90 million euros.
