- The 54th running began at 8:00 a.m. ET with wheelchair divisions, with elite women at 8:35 a.m., elite men at 9:05 a.m., and five mass waves through 11:30 a.m.
- The 26.2-mile course runs from Fort Wadsworth on Staten Island to a finish on West 67th Street in Central Park, drawing participants from more than 100 countries.
