New Ruth Bader Ginsburg Forever stamp unveiled by US Postal Service

  • The stamp was unveiled at a dedication ceremony at the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C.
  • The 66-cent stamp will always be equal in value to the current First-Class Mail one-ounce rate.
