New Orleans father charged with killing 3 children in house fire after domestic dispute

Joseph Washington Sr. allegedly set fire to a house with his three children inside during a domestic dispute.
The children's mother called 911 saying Washington planned to burn down the house.
Two children were rescued from the home but later died at the hospital.
Washington was apprehended after attempting to flee by jumping off a bridge into a river.
He has been charged with three counts of second-degree murder and aggravated arson.
