- UOCRA, CAMARCO and FAEC set a March–May update that applies cumulative increases of 2% in March, 1.9% in April and 1.8% in May, plus monthly non-remunerative sums.
- In Zone A, which covers Buenos Aires City and key provinces, hourly basics now stand at $6,119 for a specialized mason and $5,235 for an official, with a site watchman (sereno) at $808,877 per month and set monthly extras for each role.
- Zone B shows higher figures, with a specialized mason at $6,792 per hour and the sereno at $901,124 per month, while the southern tiers post the top scales.
- In Santa Cruz (Zone C) pay reaches $9,394 per hour for a specialized mason and $1,352,267 per month for the sereno, and in Tierra del Fuego (Zone C Austral) the top rate climbs to $12,238 per hour with $1,617,754 for the sereno.
- The agreement also defines how the extras are paid—half with the first half-month and half with the second—and it runs through May 31 with a review planned to set terms from June, while trades like electricians and plumbers continue to use market reference prices rather than this wage pact.
