Overview

• Early in-person voting runs from Oct. 25 through Nov. 2, with hours 10 a.m.–8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m.–6 p.m. on Sunday.
• Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 4, with polling places open statewide from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Mail-in ballot applications are due by Oct. 28 if requested by mail or by Nov. 3 if requested in person, with completed ballots due by 8 p.m. on Nov. 4.
• After their second and final debate last week, Jack Ciattarelli’s campaign said it plans to sue Mikie Sherrill over her comments about his business record and the opioid crisis.
• The candidates clashed over Sherrill’s military records, with Sherrill alleging her largely unredacted files were circulated and Ciattarelli asserting they were obtained legally and urging her to release disciplinary records.
