Universal Pictures is in early development of a new Jason Bourne movie, with Edward Berger, director of 'All Quiet on the Western Front', in talks to direct.
The project is still in the early stages with no script or star attached yet.
Matt Damon, who played Jason Bourne in four of the five previous films, is expected to be approached once a script is complete.
The Bourne franchise has grossed over $1.6 billion at the box office across its five films.
