- Christopher Stultz, a 49-year-old veteran from New Hampshire, has admitted to faking his disability for nearly 20 years to collect over $660,000 in benefits.
- Stultz was caught on multiple occasions walking without his wheelchair or other assistance, despite claiming to the Department of Veteran Affairs in 2003 that he was no longer able to use his feet.
- Stultz, who worked as a kindergarten teacher at Antrim Elementary School, received $662,871 in veteran benefits he wasn't entitled to between Jan. 2003 and Dec. 2022.
- He was able to collect a 100% disability rating, which currently starts at around $3,740 monthly.
- Stultz is scheduled for sentencing on May 6 and he could face up to five years in prison and three years of supervised release. A judge may also order him to pay back all the funds he fraudulently received.
