New Hampshire Daycare Workers Charged with Endangering Children

Four employees allegedly added melatonin to children's food without parental consent, following a six-month investigation.

The daycare owner and three employees face 10 counts each of child endangerment.
The investigation began in November 2023 after reports of unsafe practices.
Melatonin, a sleep aid, was found in the children's food without parents' knowledge.
Authorities have not disclosed the number of affected children or the amount of melatonin used.
All four suspects turned themselves in to Manchester police.
