• The first episode with the Frankfurt team is scheduled to air on ARD on 5 October 2025.
• The investigators will concentrate on unsolved murders in and around Frankfurt as a dedicated Cold Case unit.
• Foroutan and Hasanović take over from Margarita Broich and Wolfram Koch, who portrayed Janneke and Paul Brix.
• Melika Foroutan is known for roles in KDD – Kriminaldauerdienst and the film Pari, and she won the Hessischer Fernsehpreis in 2015.
• Born in Tehran, Foroutan lives in Berlin with husband Jon Handschin and their two children.
