Overview

  • Any private or commercial vehicle dropping off passengers enjoys the first eight minutes free, with charges set at ₹50 for 8–15 minutes, ₹200 for 15–30 minutes and ₹500 beyond 30 minutes.
  • Payments are processed via FASTag or printed receipts from a kiosk, and boom barriers at the exit enforce fee collection.
  • Only drop-off vehicles may use the three access-controlled lanes to enter the main station premises; pick-up vehicles must relocate to designated VIP or general parking areas.
  • Fines are levied on vehicles that overstay the free window or misuse drop-off lanes for pickups to deter congestion.
  • The pilot scheme applies solely to the Ajmeri Gate side, dedicating all lanes to drop-offs in an effort to reduce traffic jams.
