New Co-Hosts Rita Ora and Jeannie Mai Join Ryan Seacrest for New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2024

The 52nd edition eliminates Central Time zone countdown from New Orleans, features return of Dayanara Torres in Puerto Rico.

Ryan Seacrest will be joined by new co-hosts Rita Ora and Jeannie Mai for the 52nd edition of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.
Rita Ora will co-host the live countdown from New York’s Times Square, while Jeannie Mai will host the Hollywood portion of the broadcast in the Pacific time zone.
Dayanara Torres will return as a co-host to ring in the new year in the Atlantic time zone from Puerto Rico in a Spanish language countdown.
The Central Time zone countdown from New Orleans, which had been part of the show since 2017, has been eliminated from the lineup.
The show will air on Dec. 31 live on ABC beginning at 8 p.m. ET, featuring more than five-and-a-half hours of performances and special guests.
