• Rivers of America is largely dry with active silt removal, and initial sections of the Liberty Belle riverboat track are exposed and being taken out.
• Segments of the Walt Disney World Railroad behind Big Thunder Mountain have been removed, and the service bridge has been lowered to allow train access to the service building.
• Scaffolding is going up and taller construction walls are appearing along Frontierland’s former riverbanks, with heavy equipment operating in the drained basin.
• Land clearing is expanding on the site identified for a future Villains area beyond Big Thunder, and staging yards with office trailers are set up west of the park.
• Aerial imagery indicates silt from the drained river is being moved into the Villains footprint, while Disney has not announced opening dates and the July 7 closures remain in place.
