Overview

  • The recall encompasses two 250-gram items: Netto’s Clarkys roasted pistachios (best-by 10.03.2026, batch 7596) and Rewe’s Ja! roasted & salted pistachios (best-by 11.03.2026, EAN 4337256158633).
  • Both products were supplied by Luxembourg-based Ireco Trading & Production and have been pulled from sale across all listed states.
  • Netto’s initial recall in eight states has been extended to Rewe outlets in additional regions including Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Rheinland-Pfalz, Saarland and Schleswig-Holstein.
  • Salmonella can cause diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting and fever, with infants, pregnant women, seniors and immunocompromised people particularly vulnerable to severe infection.
  • Authorities advise customers to return affected packs for a full refund without needing a purchase receipt and to seek medical advice if symptoms develop.
