The 35-year-old was traded to the Nets in July 2024 as part of the deal that sent Mikal Bridges to the Knicks, but he has not appeared in a game for Brooklyn since joining the team.
The injury eliminates the possibility of Bogdanovic being a buyout candidate before the March 1 deadline, which could have opened a roster spot and provided some financial flexibility for the Nets.
