Netflix's new stop-motion animation show, Pokémon Concierge, is set to premiere on December 28. The show is a collaboration between Netflix and The Pokémon Company.
The series is set in a Pokémon Resort and follows a new concierge named Haru and her companion Psyduck as they learn to serve and make their Pokémon guests happy.
The show, which is different from the typical action battling of prior Pokémon adaptations, is seen as a strategic move by Netflix to attract younger audiences and recover from recent subscriber losses.
The series will consist of four episodes, each lasting between 12-20 minutes. The English dub version features the voices of Karen Fukuhara as Haru, Imani Hakim as Alisa, Josh Keaton as Tyler, and Lori Alan as Watanabe.
The main theme song for the series, 'Have a Good Time Here', is performed by Mariya Takeuchi, a popular Japanese city pop artist.
