Netflix to Stream 16 Spotify and Ringer Video Podcasts in Early 2026

The tie-up targets creator-led viewing to broaden Netflix’s catalog beyond scripted fare.

Overview

  • Netflix will debut a curated slate of Spotify Studios and The Ringer video podcasts in the U.S. in early 2026, with additional markets to follow.
  • Launch titles include The Bill Simmons Podcast, The Zach Lowe Show, The Rewatchables, The Dave Chang Show, Dissect, Conspiracy Theories and Serial Killers, alongside several Ringer NFL, NBA, F1 and fantasy shows.
  • The programs will also remain on Spotify, and multiple outlets report the video versions will come off YouTube, creating semi‑exclusive distribution across the two platforms.
  • Financial terms and the length of the licensing agreement were not disclosed, and Netflix plans to carry the shows unchanged, including existing host‑read ads, according to Business Insider.
  • Executives from both companies said bringing full video versions to Netflix and Spotify is intended to expand discovery and reach, while Reuters reported the lineup does not include The Joe Rogan Experience.
