• Netflix announced on July 11 that base subscription fees for all plans will rise by about 20% starting in August.
• This is the second price increase in Argentina this year after Netflix raised rates in February.
• Argentina imposes roughly 61% in digital levies, including a 21% VAT, an 8% Impuesto PAIS and a 30% income tax perception.
• With levies applied, monthly costs will reach ARS 11,590 for Basic, ARS 19,318 for Standard and ARS 25,758 for Premium.
• Additional account members will incur ARS 8,048 per month after taxes.
