The upcoming action-comedy film "Lift" will premiere on Netflix on January 12. Directed by F. Gary Gray, who is known for his work on "The Italian Job" and "Fast and Furious," the movie features a plot where thieves are forced to steal $500 million in gold from a plane mid-flight.
Gugu Mbatha-Raw plays a government agent who forces Kevin Hart and his team to conduct the heist, with the goal of keeping the gold out of the hands of international terrorists.
The film's star-studded cast includes Vincent D'Onofrio, Úrsula Corberó, Billy Magnussen, Jacob Batalon, Jean Reno, Sam Worthington, Viveik Kalra, Yun Jee Kim, Burn Gorman, and Paul Anderson.
