Netflix has ordered a new drama series, 'Ransom Canyon', starring Josh Duhamel and Minka Kelly.
The series is a romance-fueled family drama and contemporary Western saga set in Texas Hill Country.
Duhamel will play Staten Kirkland, the owner of the Double K Ranch, while Kelly will portray Quinn, a character returning to Ransom Canyon after pursuing her career as a concert pianist in New York.
The series is created, written and executive produced by April Blair, with Amanda Marsalis directing the first two episodes.
