Netflix Opens First Permanent Netflix House at King of Prussia Mall

Netflix positions the venue as fan engagement over direct revenue.

Overview

  • The more than 100,000-square-foot attraction in suburban Philadelphia opened to the public on Nov. 12 after a VIP preview with Netflix leaders and Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro.
  • Entry is free, with ticketed activities generally starting at $39 for feature experiences, $25 for virtual reality games, and $15 for nine-hole mini golf.
  • Launch offerings include a One Piece escape-room-style quest and a Wednesday-themed festival, plus VR set in Stranger Things, Squid Game and Rebel Moon, themed dining, and a merch shop with roughly 70% location-exclusive items.
  • The on-site 229-seat Tudum Theater will host screenings and live programming, including WWE RAW and select NFL games, as well as trivia nights and special events.
  • Netflix says the House is a long-term fan-building investment, with nearly 300 permanent jobs created locally and additional locations planned for Dallas on Dec. 11 and Las Vegas in 2027.
