Netflix Greenlights Courtney Kemp's New Crime Drama 'Nemesis'

The series, co-created by Kemp and Tani Marole, explores morality and loyalty through the clash of a criminal and detective.

'Nemesis' is the first Netflix series from Courtney A. Kemp under her overall deal with the streaming platform.
The show will follow the intense dynamic between an expert criminal and a brilliant detective, aiming to subvert traditional heist genre conventions.
The cast includes Matthew Law, Y’lan Noel, Cleopatra Coleman, Tre Hale, Domenick Lombardozzi, Jonnie Park, and Ariana Guerra.
Mario Van Peebles will direct and executive produce the first two episodes of the Los Angeles-based production.
Kemp, known for creating the 'Power' franchise, will serve as showrunner and executive producer alongside co-creator Tani Marole.
