Netflix Confirms Season 2 for 'Money Heist: Berlin'

The prequel to the hit series 'Money Heist' will continue with a second season, following its successful debut.

Netflix has renewed 'Money Heist: Berlin' for a second season, continuing the story of the iconic jewel thief, Andrés de Fonollosa, a.k.a. 'Berlin'.
The first season of 'Money Heist: Berlin' debuted in late December and has since become one of Netflix's most-watched non-English language series.
Pedro Alonso will return as Berlin, alongside the original gang, with filming for Season 2 set to begin in 2025.
The series, developed by 'Money Heist' creators Álex Pina and Esther Martínez Lobato, is set primarily in Paris and follows Berlin's heist of €44 million in jewels.
'Money Heist: Berlin' reached the Top 10 list in 91 countries during its first week of premiere and remained in the Top 10 for seven consecutive weeks.
