Overview

  • The partnership builds on Netflix and Balaji’s previous collaborations, including the acclaimed titles Kathal, Pagglait, Jaane Jaan and Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare.
  • Under the multiyear agreement, the companies will develop films, series and other storytelling formats tailored for streaming audiences.
  • Balaji Telefilms, founded in 1994 by Ekta Kapoor with her parents Jeetendra and Shobha Kapoor, has produced more than 18,000 hours of television and 45 films.
