Two senior executives and seven employees from NetEase have been detained amid allegations of laundering up to $139 million.

NetEase executives Xiang Liang and Jin Yuchen were among nine individuals arrested in connection with a money laundering investigation.
The alleged laundering involved sums between 800 million to 1 billion yuan, approximately $111.4 million to $139.3 million.
27 companies linked to the scheme have been blacklisted as part of the ongoing investigation.
