Overview

• The company plans about Rs5,000 crore in capital expenditure over the coming years to expand capacities, launch new product lines and fund sustainability initiatives across its sites.
• Its tenth manufacturing facility in Khordha, Odisha, will focus on processed foods including Maggi and bolster overall production.
• Capital expenditure rose to 10% of sales in FY25 from 1.8% in 2015, with a record Rs2,004.4 crore spent last year.
• Turnover climbed 2.5-fold to Rs20,100 crore since the 2015 Maggi ban, with operating profits growing at an annualised rate of 13.5%.
• Suresh Narayanan will retire on July 31 and hand over to Manish Tiwary as managing director effective August 1, 2025.
