The palazzo site will become a Four Seasons luxury hotel, opening in 2025 to coincide with the Vatican's Jubilee.
Rental fees from the hotel will fund charitable activities in the Middle East.
Well-preserved artifacts will be showcased in the hotel, while ancient structures will be reburied for protection.
