Neighbor Charged With Murder After Parking Dispute Erupts in Deadly Shooting

Charles Robert Smith has been charged with three counts of second-degree murder for killing his neighbors Nicholas Mireles, Mario Mireles Ruiz, and Christian Segovia.
The shooting began after Smith's neighbors approached his mother about parking issues, leading Smith to confront them outside his home.
Smith then opened fire with two guns, killing three and injuring three others before being arrested by police.
Officials are investigating the shooting as a possible hate crime due to the victims' Hispanic heritage.
