Neighbor Charged With Capital Murder for Killing Other Neighbors Complaining About Gunfire

Francisco Oropeza, a Mexican national, has been indicted on a capital murder charge for killing five neighbors in Texas.
The neighbors had complained about Oropeza's gunfire keeping a baby awake.
Prosecutors have not yet decided whether they will seek the death penalty.
Oropeza is expected to plead not guilty during a court appearance in August.
The shooting occurred in Cleveland, Texas, and Oropeza was eventually arrested near Conroe.
