Overview

• The Medical Counselling Committee published the Round 1 seat matrix on July 23, detailing 1,15,900 MBBS and BDS seats under the 15% All India Quota across 775 colleges
• Online registration opened July 21 on the MCC portal and closes July 28, with choice filling now active for Round 1 participants
• Madhya Pradesh’s Department of Public Health released its counselling guidelines and scholarship norms for OBC, EWS, SC/ST categories and will publish the state merit list on July 30
• Round 1 seat allotment results are scheduled for July 31, after which candidates must report to their allotted institutes between August 1–6 and complete document verification by August 8
• AIIMS has issued reporting instructions for its 2,000 Round 1 MBBS seats, requiring original document submission, medical examinations and formal admission confirmation from August 1–6
