NEET PG 2024 Counselling Updates: Reduced Cut-off and Round 3 Results Released
The Medical Counselling Committee has lowered the eligibility cut-off percentile and published Round 3 seat allotment results for NEET PG 2024.
- The NEET PG 2024 counselling cut-off percentile has been reduced to 15% for General/EWS candidates and 10% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates, as per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare's decision.
- The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the Round 3 seat allotment results on January 4, 2025, via its official website, mcc.nic.in.
- Candidates allotted seats in Round 3 can report to their respective institutes from January 6 to January 13, 2025, for verification and admission formalities.
- The resignation deadline for candidates from Rounds 1 and 2 has been extended to January 8, 2025, allowing additional time for those reconsidering their seat allocations.
- Four counselling rounds, including the Stray Vacancy Round, are being conducted for NEET PG 2024, covering 50% of All India Quota (AIQ) seats at Central Universities.
