- The scheme reportedly lasted six months, during which Thompson pumped an estimated 7,413 gallons of gas.
- Thompson also allegedly sold access to the glitch, charging another woman between $500 and $700 for 'discounted fuel.'
- Thompson was arrested on March 6 and is due in court on April 11. She was released from jail after posting a $7,500 bond.
