  • NDMC Vice Chairman Kuljeet Singh Chahal unveiled a cultural roadmap on July 1 to transform Mandi House under the Viksit Bharat@2047 agenda
  • Eight of the ten sculptors invited for 10–15-foot works have confirmed participation in the open-air district
  • A Selection and Advisory Committee of national and international experts is being formed to oversee artist and site selection
  • An International Sculpture Symposium will run in October–November and a National Painting Symposium is set for September–October
  • Additional public-engagement events will feature a Bhakti Sangeet festival, an art flea market and thematic workshops
