Overview

  • The council approved the purchase of five CNG-operated mechanical road sweepers funded by the Central Pollution Control Board under National Green Tribunal guidelines at an estimated cost of Rs 6.69 crore to reduce dust pollution
  • A proposal to construct 37 women-only Pink Toilets in every NDMC market was passed, featuring sanitary napkin vending machines, baby care units, security staff and clean drinking water
