NCSoft Officially Licenses City of Heroes' Homecoming Server

City of Heroes' community-run private server, Homecoming, has been officially licensed by NCSoft.
Homecoming will continue to be completely free and funded entirely through donations.
The Homecoming team will continue to develop new content for City Of Heroes.
The team plans to consolidate the City of Heroes community under a single home, forming a new leadership group called the City Council.
Homecoming is looking to recruit more volunteer developers and Game Masters, and plans on registering as a non-profit organisation.
