The modules also featured maps of target sites and photographs of destroyed Pakistani drones.

Overview

  • NCERT released two supplementary classroom modules titled “Operation Sindoor—A Saga of Valour” (Classes 3–8) and “Operation Sindoor—A Mission of Honour and Bravery” (Classes 9–12).
  • The materials present the May strikes as a response to the 22 April Pahalgam killings and assert, citing Indian agencies, that the attack was ordered by Pakistan’s military and political leadership, with the NIA identifying TRF as responsible.
  • The modules detail operational claims: 21 sites narrowed to nine targets, seven camps destroyed by the Army, Air Force strikes on Muridke and Bahawalpur, and precision attacks executed in 22 minutes.
  • Content emphasizes indigenous capability—S-400 air-defense interceptions, ISRO satellite intelligence, and Indian-made drones—and features maps, photos, interactive classroom discussions, and multiple quotes from national leaders with Make in India messaging.
  • Civic and diplomatic themes note nationwide solidarity actions and highlight outreach such as the US designation of TRF as a foreign terrorist organization and a UNSC statement calling for accountability.
