NBCUniversal Announces Leadership Shakeup and Restructuring Under New CEO Mike Cavanagh

Donna Langley will oversee all content creation as chairman of NBCUniversal Studio Group and chief content officer.
Cesar Conde will gain control of Telemundo and local TV stations in addition to NBC News Group.
Mark Lazarus will chair NBCUniversal's media group, managing advertising, distribution and TV networks.
Frances Berwick will replace Susan Rovner as chairman of NBCUniversal Entertainment.
The reorganization aims to strengthen NBCUniversal's content and better position the company for streaming.
