NBC's 'Macy's 4th of July Fireworks' Special Attracts 7.6 Million Viewers

The annual Independence Day event marks its highest viewership since 2021, featuring performances and a spectacular Hudson River display.

The special saw a 2% increase in viewership compared to last year, totaling 7.6 million viewers across NBC and Peacock.
Musical performances included Amber Mark, Brandy Clark, Lainey Wilson, Luis Fonsi, Mickey Guyton, Tanner Adell, and the War and Treaty.
For the first time in over a decade, the fireworks were launched from the Hudson River instead of the East River.
The display featured more than 60,000 shells reaching over 1,000 feet into the sky.
Produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment, the event is NBC's most-watched entertainment special of 2024 so far.
