- State-owned NBCC disclosed a strategic, non-binding MoU with Australian developer Goldfields to collaborate on real estate, housing, infrastructure and redevelopment projects.
- The understanding runs for five years with potential renewal and includes confidentiality provisions over shared data and financial information.
- Goldfields will serve as developer providing design, technical and investment expertise, while NBCC may act as joint partner, project manager, EPC contractor or joint development partner depending on each project.
