NBCC Nets Rs 1,069 Crore From 609-Unit E-Auction and Wins Rs 2,966 Crore NMRDA Mandate

The state-owned builder will book only a 1% marketing fee from the sale.

In Wednesday’s trade, NBCC shares were down 1.13 per cent at Rs 113.65 on the BSE. The stock remains 60.48 per cent above its 52-week low of Rs 70.82, though it is 12.98 per cent off its 52-week high of Rs 130.60.

  • Delhi‑based AU Real Estate said it acquired selling rights to the two Aspire projects, citing purchases of 462 units for Rs 696.20 crore and 147 units for Rs 373.23 crore, while NBCC’s filing did not name a buyer; the stock hovered near Rs 113 as it turned ex‑dividend for a Rs 0.21 interim payout.
