Overview

• State-owned NBCC signed a memorandum of understanding with HUDCO to deliver projects in Panchkula, Kaushambi, Ahmedabad and New Delhi.
• Planned works include a commercial complex at Kaushambi in Ghaziabad and redevelopment of a HUDCO land parcel in Panchkula.
• NBCC will construct new blocks at HUDCO’s regional office in Ahmedabad and reconstruct residential flats at the Asian Games Village Complex in New Delhi.
• The partners described the portfolio as exceeding ₹117 crore in value, to be executed on a turnkey basis by NBCC.
• The MoU was signed by HUDCO CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha and NBCC CMD K P Mahadevaswamy, and no execution schedules were announced.
