- On Oct. 21, NBC and Peacock will air a 6:30 p.m. ET pregame ceremony as the Thunder raise their championship banner, followed by Oklahoma City vs. Houston at 7:30 p.m. ET and Lakers vs. Warriors at 10 p.m. ET.
- Peacock NBA Monday will launch Oct. 27 with a doubleheader featuring the Cavaliers at Pistons and Nuggets at Timberwolves, initiating a weekly slate of up to three national streams.
- NBC will present a Martin Luther King Jr. Day quadrupleheader on Jan. 19, 2026, including a Bucks-Hawks Peacock exclusive and three NBC/Peacock simulcasts—Thunder-Cavaliers, Mavericks-Knicks and Celtics-Pistons.
- NBC has assigned Mike Tirico with Reggie Miller and Jamal Crawford to call the Thunder-Rockets opener and Noah Eagle with Grant Hill for the Lakers-Warriors nightcap, with on-site studio coverage led by Maria Taylor, Ahmed Fareed, analysts Carmelo Anthony, Vince Carter, Tracy McGrady and special contributor Michael Jordan.
- The complete NBC and Peacock schedule will be unveiled on Aug. 14, 2025, and Sunday Night Basketball is set to launch on Feb. 1, 2026, running through April.
