Giddey, a 21-year-old Australian, has declined to comment on the allegations, stating he has 'no further comment right now.'
Despite the ongoing investigations, Giddey has remained active with the Thunder and continues to play in games.
The age of consent in California is 18, while it is 16 in Oklahoma, where Giddey's team is based.
The alleged minor and her family are reportedly refusing to cooperate with the police investigation.
