- Opening Night on Oct. 21 will feature a doubleheader on NBC and Peacock with the champion Thunder hosting Kevin Durant’s Rockets before the Warriors visit the Lakers.
- ABC and ESPN will carry a five-game Christmas Day slate that includes Cavaliers at Knicks, Spurs at Thunder, Mavericks at Warriors, Rockets at Lakers and Timberwolves at Nuggets.
- A four-game Martin Luther King Jr. Day lineup on Jan. 19 spans NBC and Peacock with Bucks at Hawks, Thunder at Cavaliers, Mavericks at Knicks and Celtics at Pistons.
- Three international regular-season games are set for Nov. 1 in Mexico City (Pistons vs. Mavericks), Jan. 15 in Berlin (Grizzlies vs. Magic) and Jan. 18 in London (Magic vs. Grizzlies).
- On Thursday, Aug. 14 the NBA will release 80 of 82 games per team, reserving two dates for results from the Emirates NBA Cup.
