The footage shows Hayes engaging in a physical confrontation, including dragging Jamora and spitting in her direction.
In 2022, Hayes pleaded no contest to charges of false imprisonment and resisting an officer, resulting in probation and community service.
Hayes was originally charged with 12 misdemeanors but was not disciplined by the NBA after the initial investigation.
Both Hayes and the Lakers have stated they will cooperate fully with the reopened investigation.
