NBA G League Player and Girlfriend Arrested for Murder

Chance Comanche and Sakari Harnden Face Charges Following Discovery of Marayna Rodgers' Remains

Chance Comanche, a player for the NBA G League's Stockton Kings, and his girlfriend Sakari Harnden have been arrested and charged with the kidnapping and murder of 23-year-old Marayna Rodgers.
Rodgers, a medical assistant from Washington state, was reported missing on December 7th after she was last seen with friends and had arranged to meet with Harnden and Comanche.
Following the arrests, investigators obtained information that led them to find Rodgers' remains in a desert area of Henderson, Nevada.
Comanche was arrested by FBI personnel in Sacramento, California, and is awaiting extradition to Nevada.
Comanche was released from the Stockton Kings following his arrest.
