Overview

  • NBA executive James Jones announced Tuesday that Green was fined $25,000 for using profanity when interrupting a teammate’s live television interview.
  • The incident occurred after the Suns’ 115-101 victory over the Wizards at Capital One Arena as Green jumped into Gillespie’s on-court Q&A and shouted, "They can't f*** with you!"
  • Gillespie reacted by saying, "Oh my God. On live TV, bro?" and Green replied, "I don't care," before exiting the shot.
