Tari Eason received a $35,000 fine for throwing a towel and directing inappropriate language at a fan, nearly escalating into a physical confrontation before being restrained by security.
Alperen Sengun was fined $15,000 for using inappropriate language toward a game official during the fourth quarter of the game.
Udoka and Sengun were both ejected late in the fourth quarter of the Rockets' 120-111 loss to the Sacramento Kings in the NBA Cup game on Tuesday.
The Rockets, currently second in the Western Conference at 15-7, face the Golden State Warriors next in the NBA Cup quarterfinals.
