NBA Breaks Draft Ties, Sets Lottery Odds and Order

The NBA held random drawings to break six ties among teams with identical regular-season records and establish the 2023 draft order.
The Rockets won a tiebreaker for the No. 2 slot, the Pacers won No. 7, the Bulls No. 8, the Heat No. 18, the Suns No. 19, and the Grizzlies No. 22.
The draft lottery will be held May 16 to determine the top four picks,followed by the draft on June 22.
The Rockets have the best odds for the No. 1 pick at 14%, while the Heat have a 1.8% chance at No. 1.
The full draft order and odds were released by the NBA after the tiebreakers were determined.
